UCPR Closes Bridge
Despite a Multilingual Sign ByLaw in UCPR on Highway 138
United County of Prescott Russell
unfortunately clearly posts Signs in English Only
This is in clear violation of their own bylaw.

The Road Closed - Chémin Fermé appears to be the only bilingual sign of the group
although it could also possibly be written as to be more internationally understandable as route barrée

And the real question remains why is the Detour Arrow pointing OVER the bridge?
Does that mean the detour is OVER the bridge or what?
Does that mean that Trucks Follow D2 and Cars go over the bridge?
Why do other locations of the detour have the arrows
(the other side of the bridge is an example)
actually pointing in the direction of detour?
